Curious about writing for young people? Have an idea for a TYA (Theatre for Young Audiences) play but don't know where to start? Students will have the unique opportunity to flesh out a TYA play idea and receive professional feedback. As well, writers will gain important insight into the world of TYA, including the do's and don'ts of writing for young audiences, submission opportunities, and advice on adapting children's books
